The template
Panama is a TWO-WEEK cycle. The grid below is week 1; in week 2 the pattern inverts (the crew that worked Mon-Tue works Wed-Thu). Apply it twice with the crews swapped to get the full rotation.

One row per staffing slot; ×N means that many people on that block. Times are local to the location. +1 marks a shift that ends the following calendar day.
From CSV to a live schedule
The download is not a PDF you print and pin up. Its columns are the ones Weekwright's schedule importer reads, so the file you edit in Excel is the file you upload.
Replace the placeholder names in the Employee column with your staff. Leave Day, Start, End, and Position alone — those are what the importer maps.
Drag the file onto the schedule page. Every row is previewed with its detected columns before anything is created, so a bad cell is a warning, not a surprise.

Yes — 2-2-3, Panama, and Pitman all name the same rotation. You will also see it written as 'every other weekend off' in job postings.
Panama caps consecutive shifts at 3 and gives alternate weekends off on a memorable 2-week cycle. DuPont allows 4 consecutive nights but pays it back with a full 7-day break every 4 weeks. Both average 42 hours. Ask your crew which tradeoff they want — they will have an opinion.
