One row per staffing slot; ×N means that many people on that block. Times are local to the location. +1 marks a shift that ends the following calendar day.
From CSV to a live schedule
The download is not a PDF you print and pin up. Its columns are the ones Weekwright's schedule importer reads, so the file you edit in Excel is the file you upload.
Replace the placeholder names in the Employee column with your staff. Leave Day, Start, End, and Position alone — those are what the importer maps.

Common questions
As a single shift whose end time is earlier than its start time, attributed to the calendar day it begins. Weekwright stores start, end, and the location's timezone together, so a shift that crosses midnight — or a DST boundary — still reports the right duration.
No, but be deliberate about the week boundary. Hours are attributed to the ISO week of the shift start, so a Sunday 21:00-03:00 shift counts entirely in the week that Sunday belongs to. That is the convention most payroll providers expect.
