Common questions
Yes. Export your employees and schedule history from When I Work as CSV; we have an importer guide on request. Compliance rules + positions are seeded from your industry preset so you don't rebuild from scratch.
Not built-in. Weekwright is workforce-scheduling-first; payroll lives in your existing tool (Gusto, Rippling, ADP, QuickBooks). We export hours via CSV/iCal for downstream payroll runs.
The models are not comparable per unit: When I Work Standard is around $2.50 per user, while Weekwright is priced per location, with no per-employee charge. A 40-person single site is usually cheaper on Weekwright; a dozen thinly-staffed sites are cheaper per-user. Run your own headcount and site count against the pricing page rather than comparing sticker prices.
No credit card required. Migration help included if you're switching.
