How does AI scheduling actually work?
You tell Weekwright what you need in plain English — 'cover the weekend' or 'replace Maya's Tuesday shift.' It reads your team, time-off, and rules, then proposes shifts you can apply with one click. AI drafts are part of the AI plan and above.
Do I need to learn the AI to use it?
No. Every AI action has a manual equivalent — drag-to-reassign, click-to-create, click-to-publish. The chat is a shortcut, not a requirement. The Pro plan gets you the full manual scheduling experience without AI.
What happens if the AI gets it wrong?
Proposals appear as ghost shifts on the calendar before they're applied. You see exactly what changes, and Apply / Discard is one click. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
Can my team see their own schedule?
Yes. Employees get a dedicated view of their shifts, can request time-off, and can post or accept swaps from any device. No extra cost — they don't count toward seats.
