Before you start

  • Does my team have to sign up for anything?

    No. You can schedule people by name. When you publish, anyone with an email gets their shifts and a link to the app — and joining keeps every shift you already gave them.

  • What if the draft is wrong?

    Change it. It's a draft: nobody sees it until you publish, and the copilot's suggestions are accepted one shift at a time.

  • Can I bring my roster from another tool?

    Yes. Drop in the export from 7shifts, When I Work, Sling or a spreadsheet. Weekwright maps the columns, flags what needs a look, and sends nothing until you confirm.

  • Is there really a free plan?

    Yes. Starter covers one location and up to 20 people — weekly schedules, time off, swaps and templates — with no card. The copilot comes with the paid plans, starting at Core.

  • How does per-location pricing work?

    You pay per location, not per person, so hiring for the summer never changes your bill. Open or close a location and the billing follows it.
