Yes. Schedule shift end times that overlap the incoming shift; the conflict detector won't flag the overlap because they're different members. Templates lock the pattern in.
Yes. Skills are arbitrary — "CNC Mill", "Forklift Class III", "Welder TIG". Tag as required on positions, assign to qualified members. Expiry dates supported.
Manager (or any admin) posts an open shift. Eligible operators with the right skill and no overlap get a push notification; first one to claim takes it. Optional manager approval gate.
