The template
DuPont is a FOUR-WEEK cycle. The grid below is week 1 (crews A and B working, C and D on their off-rotation); the full pattern per crew is 4 nights, 3 off, 3 days, 1 off, 3 nights, 3 off, 4 days, 7 off. Apply it four times with the crews advanced one step each week.

One row per staffing slot; ×N means that many people on that block. Times are local to the location. +1 marks a shift that ends the following calendar day.
From CSV to a live schedule
The download is not a PDF you print and pin up. Its columns are the ones Weekwright's schedule importer reads, so the file you edit in Excel is the file you upload.
Replace the placeholder names in the Employee column with your staff. Leave Day, Start, End, and Position alone — those are what the importer maps.
Drag the file onto the schedule page. Every row is previewed with its detected columns before anything is created, so a bad cell is a warning, not a surprise.

42 on average — 168 hours over the 4-week cycle. The overtime is structural, not accidental, so budget for it rather than discovering it. Weekwright's weekly-hours rule can be set above 40 for exactly this case, per org.
