The CSV is a generic timesheet shape — employee, regular hours, overtime hours, rate — which QuickBooks Online and Desktop payroll timesheet imports both generally accept. Confirm against your edition's template first; the preset is conventional, not certified.

It is reported as a warning and excluded from the totals rather than estimated. The design rule for anything that becomes a wage is refuse-and-flag, never guess-and-continue.
