What you get
ADP + Weekwright.
- Employee Name, Reg Hours, O/T Hours — matching ADP's terse column conventions.
- Hours from clock-in/clock-out minus unpaid breaks, never from scheduled time.
- Overtime split per ISO week with your own weekly cap as the threshold, so a long week inside a long pay period is not averaged away.
- Rounding applied once, at the end, rather than accumulating per shift — the difference is real money over a hundred shifts.

Honest limits
What this does not do.
Every integration has edges. Better you read them here than discover them the week you go live.
- Conventional column shape, NOT certified against ADP's importer — and ADP's expected format varies by product and by implementation more than most. Test a file first.
- Export only; no API integration, no credentials, no automatic delivery.
- Hours only. Earnings codes, shift differentials, and tax treatment stay in ADP.
- Weekwright does not know your ADP employee IDs, so rows are keyed by name. Duplicate names in one org need resolving on the ADP side.

Will this file import straight into ADP?
Often, but verify first. ADP's accepted layouts vary by product and by how your account was implemented, more so than the other providers. The preset is a reasonable shape, explicitly not a certified one.
Can I change the columns?
Use the Generic preset, which includes every computed column — regular, overtime, total hours, rate, and the pay breakdown — then map or delete columns in a spreadsheet.
How is rounding handled?
Once, at the end of the calculation, rather than shift by shift. Rounding each shift and then summing is the standard way these exports drift by a few dollars per employee per period.
