Calendar integration
Apple Calendar is the best of the three clients for this, for one reason: it lets the subscriber pick the refresh interval. Set it to every 5 minutes and your shifts are effectively live.
What you get
Setup
Generate the calendar feed in Weekwright and copy the URL.
On iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar → paste the URL.
On Mac: Calendar → File → New Calendar Subscription → paste → choose a refresh interval (set it to 5 or 15 minutes).
Subscribe on the Mac with iCloud selected as the location and it syncs to every Apple device at once.
Honest limits
Every integration has edges. Better you read them here than discover them the week you go live.
Common questions

You choose — 5 minutes, 15 minutes, hourly, daily, or weekly — which is why Apple Calendar is the most responsive of the three clients for shift feeds. Set it on a Mac under File → New Calendar Subscription.
Yes, if you subscribe on a Mac and choose iCloud as the location. Subscribing directly on an iPhone with 'On My iPhone' keeps it local to that device.
